1.1 The information that ACPP inboxes in the different services with maximum confidentiality and security, being saved in the data base. The information inboxed is only used for ACPP to inherent proposal to each service and it will be not communicated to third-parties except in the case that ACPP is obliged to it for being public information.

1.2 The data and information are object of access, rectification, data opposition and cancellation and opposition in the established terms in the personal data protection law. ACPP will use these data with care to avoid its alteration or loose as it is established in the regulatory scheme that can be applied.
