Dear colleagues,
When you read this letter Christmas, Saint Steven, New Year’s Eve and Epiphany will have already passed. With the heavy rhythm imposed by the wandering of such complex holidays, with so many memories, so much fantasy, and which often overwhelm us, we are addressing all of you again with the hope that besides giving you enjoyment, the holidays have renewed you for continuing your work.
There’s a lot of work to be done, and the most immediate one is the Congress of February 13, 14 and 15. We thank all our colleagues who understanding the economic effort it represents for the organization, have already registered, which allows us to assume the initial cost. Many, many thanks.
Another relevant issue with the new year is the replacement of the present Board, that’s why we remind you that those of you who would like to organize a candidacy, must communicate it by writing to the President of the Directors Board, to allow him to call an Extraordinary Assembly with the 31 days of notice required. Since the replacement of the present Board must happen no later than March 31st, the communication of the composition of candidacies to the President of the Board must be made during the second half of February; the President will then prepare the agenda of the Extraordinary Assembly where the different candidacies will be voted.
We hope to meet you again at the Congress.
