ACPP school

The academic year 2004-2005 has just begun with the two Masters in Psychoanalytical Psychotherapy: The Master in Psychoanalytical Psychotherapy and the Master in Psychoanalytical Psychotherapy Improvement. Given the increase in the registration of students in the School of Psychotherapy Training, we have been compelled to move the classrooms for the classes on Tuesdays and we have reached a temporary agreement with the Escola de Nostra Senyora de Lourdes located at Via Augusta, on Tuesday evenings you will be able to reach us at the following mobile phone: 610 065 849. We take pride in the success achieved due to the fact that the teaching level of our School is widely acknowledged.

The ACPP is currently arranging a change in the location of its headquarters, moving to a much bigger and comfortable space very close to the current offices and which will need some remodeling which we hope will be done before the end of the academic year.

Seminars starting in November

November 9 Start of Module A of the Seminar on Donald Meltzer’s work D. Meltzer’s thinking applied to present-day family problems (reconstituted families after divorce, etc.) Teacher: Montserrat Martínez del Pozo The day of this seminar has changed, instead of Wednesdays it will be given on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month, starting in November, at 9:30 PM.

The next seminars will start in January and they will be the following:

AEPP

On October 23 took place in Seville the annual Ordinary General Assembly of the AEPP which the attendance of Montserrat Pol as member of the AEPP Board and Carmen Largo and Montserrat Martínez to say goodbye as EFPP Delegates, at the same time that Montserrat Martínez del Pozo handed the President’s position to the new President, Fernando Delgado. She also notified the temporary resignation of Montserrat Alabau, the replacement of whom had to be approved by the assembly; Montserrat Palau was nominated for the position.

The following ACPP persons are currently part of the AEPP Board: Montserrat Palau, Board member for the ACPP; Montserrat Pol, Board member for the ACPP; Montserrat Garcia-Milà, Groups Delegate to the EFPP; Yolanda La Torre, Adults Delegate of the EFPP and Maria Ignacio, Children and Adolescents Delegate of the EFPP. Given Yolanda La Torre’s change of status, who up to now had the position of Board member for the ACPP and who is now a representative of the EFPP, the third position is now open, for which the ACPP Board nominates Francisca Rodríguez Cortés, to be voted in the next assembly.
